What comes with each subscription.
Platform products, Link in your plant's instance included, run in your plant's own instance. That decides most of what follows.
| What's included | Platform productsIncluding Link in your plant's instance |
|---|---|
| Where it runs | Your plant's own single-tenant instance, hosted by Nuclearn in its own datacenter on its own hardware. Azure Government or your own servers on request. |
| Sign-in | Single sign-on through your identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Ping. |
| Ways to use it | Each product's web app and AtomAssist. Your systems and approved AI tools reach product APIs with a Nuclearn platform API key. |

| Setup, support and upgrades | Included, with new features and model improvements as they come. |
| Certification | Nuclearn is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. See the certificate → |

Where your plant's instance runs.
Every platform product, Link for P&IDs included, runs in your plant's own instance, with the same hosting, sign-in and access controls. Governance and deployment →
Nuclearn's datacenter
The standard deployment: your plant's own single-tenant instance, hosted by Nuclearn in its own datacenter on its own hardware, with hosting, operations and support set up for 10 CFR Part 810 export controls.
Azure Government on request
Your plant's instance can run in Microsoft Azure Government instead of Nuclearn's datacenter.
Your own servers on request
Your plant's instance can also be set up on servers your plant runs.
Connect runs in your network
Nuclearn Connect brings documents in from the document management systems your plant already uses, over outbound HTTPS. It opens no inbound ports.
Questions buyers ask first
How is the price set?
Each platform product is an annual subscription, priced on what it works on: AtomAssist on the AI capacity reserved for your site, CAP AI and Engineering AI per reactor, Equipment AI by the components it monitors, Regulatory AI and Parts AI per site, and Link for P&IDs per reactor unit. Nuclearn scopes the first year around the jobs your team owns. How we price →
What does AtomAssist's capacity mean?
AtomAssist is priced by how much AI capacity is reserved for your site, not by the question. Capacity is how fast the AI can work for you, measured in tokens per second; a token is a piece of a word. More capacity lets more people and agents get answers at the same time without waiting. We size it with you from how many people will use AtomAssist and what for, and you can add capacity as use grows.
Do you run pilots?
Yes. Start with a paid pilot on one job, with the people who do it. Teams working from uploaded documents are typically live in 2–4 weeks from contract. Connections to your systems of record follow your IT and cyber review, and Nuclearn plans that schedule with your IT contact before kickoff.
Can we buy through procurement, with a purchase order?
Yes. Platform products are an annual subscription, so tell us what your supply chain team needs for the purchase and we'll work through it with them.
What will our security review need?
Nuclearn is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and you can download the certificate. The SOC 2 Type I report is available on request for your vendor assessment. Ask for the details your security team needs for its questionnaire, and Nuclearn will set up a call with its engineering team. Security and compliance →
Does AtomAssist include Link?
AtomAssist includes the ability to ingest P&IDs through Nuclearn Link, switched on per deployment. The visualizer and export tool are available for an additional fee.
